Refund & Returns Policy

All Sales Final Policy – Due to the nature of downloadable items and digital copying, all sales are final.

Exchange Policy – If a product you receive is damaged, you are eligible for a replacement of your damaged item(s). In order to be eligible, you must first e-mail us within 7 days of receiving your product at info@confrontinganxiety.com to alert us of damage, then return the damaged item to us at: Confronting Anxiety, LLC., PO Box 492, New Holland, PA. 17557.

Upon receipt of the damaged item(s) we will ship out a replacement at no cost to you. There are certain situations where you may not be eligible for a free replacement item(s) such as obvious signs of use, or damage resulted by customer error. In that case, you can still get a replacement; however, customer is responsible for replacement cost & shipping. It is the sole discretion of Confronting Anxiety, LLC. as to whether or not a free replacement request is granted.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to arrive, may vary. Confronting Anxiety, LLC. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Confronting Anxiety, LLC. will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
