CLASSES & EVENTS
The Confronting Anxiety class is a six-week workshop that will give you the skills you need to overcome anxiety. Thanks to a faith-based approach, you'll learn how God intends for you to feel free of anxiety. You'll also learn scriptures, breathing exercises and other tools that will help you in your day-to-day life.
Many of the participants in our classes also feel strengthened by knowing that they're not alone in their feelings. They report that sharing their support with others, discussing their feelings and participating with others who are on the same journey has a strong healing effect. Upcoming classes are listed below.
